B2PWeb is committed to preserving the confidentiality of your personal information and attaches great importance to protecting the privacy of the users of its services.
The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to define the rules applicable to the collection and processing of your personal information via the use of the OPTIM mobile application (hereinafter “the application”). It specifies the data we collect, how we use it, the third parties with whom we may share it and the measures we take to ensure its security.

Use of the application implies your full acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of its terms, you are free not to use our services, nor order on the application.

2. Our commitment to compliance
B2PWeb, registered in the Avignon Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 489 052 902, with its registered office at 127 avenue joseph Boitelet – 84300 Cavaillon, represented by Mr Benoit AUJAY, in his capacity as Managing Director, is responsible for processing the personal data collected via the application.
The company b2PWeb undertakes by this Privacy Policy to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations arising from the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (known as the “RGPD”) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as amended (known as the “Data Protection Act”) (hereinafter the “Regulations”).

We collect and process information about you for a variety of purposes, in particular:

– to send newsletters, commercial offers and e-mail alerts about the various services offered by B2PWEB or its subsidiaries and partners, according to your selection criteria;

6. How long is your Personal Data kept?
The length of time we keep your Personal Data may vary according to the following cases:
– we keep your data for up to 3 years after our last contact with a prospect;
– for prospects who become B2PWEB customers, we keep your data for up to 3 years from the end of our business relationship.
However, depending on the case, we may need to keep your data for longer, in particular to comply with applicable legislation, to manage claims and/or disputes, to defend our interests or assert our rights, or to respond to requests from authorized authorities.
We will not keep it longer than necessary and when we no longer need it, we will destroy it securely in accordance with our internal policy or make it anonymous.
7. How do we ensure the security of your Personal Data?
We use physical, technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access and disclosure, modification, alteration, damage, accidental loss or accidental or unlawful destruction, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing or disclosure to unauthorized persons. Our protection measures include firewalls, physical access controls to our data centers and authorization controls for access to information. Finally, we inform you that your Personal Data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

All Internet users of the application whose Personal Data are processed by B2PWEB have the following rights in particular:

– The right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or which significantly affects you in a similar way.
Exercising your rights
You may exercise these rights at any time by sending us your requests, with proof of identity, to the addresses given in section 09 below. If you exercise these rights, we will endeavor to reply as soon as possible, and in any event within one month of receipt of your request.
If necessary, this period may be extended by two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests sent to B2PWEB. In this case, you will be informed of the extension and the reasons for the postponement.
If B2PWEB does not respond to your request, it will inform you of the reasons for its inaction and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and/or take legal action.
